After 15 years working in the Apporel & Textile Industry\, she moved to Vancouver and changed her path to find ways in which to develop a less wasteful\, and more responsible industry in all aspects including design\, manufacturing\, distribution and consumption.  Since 2010\, she has brought to life\, 12 seasons of Eco Fashion Week in Vancouver\, Seattle and Toronto. Laroche has also provided mentorship for the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs (FWE)\, Simon Fraser University´s Beedie School of Business in Circular Economy and Fashion Revolution Québec.
